About Meendo:

• What exactly is Meendo?
  Essentially, Meendo is an adult dating service – although we try to avoid limiting our members in the ways they communicate, express themselves and use the site with arbitrary labels. Sign Up:

• Who can register for Meendo?
  Any person who has reached the legal age to view explicit material online can register on Meendo (see our policy for more information).
• Why does Meendo ask for my location?
  Meendo is primarily used as a site that helps members find sex. Consequently, we require your current city in order to best find potential partners for you.
• My city is not listed by Meendo, what should I do?
  Sometimes, small cities and towns fall through the cracks and we miss them. In the event that your city is not listed, please contact us via feedback form and provide as much information as possible so that we can add it to our location archive. While registration process simply specify your country. Region and city are not obligatory.
• I’m having trouble creating my account
  If you encountered problems creating your account please write to technical support.

Login and Password:

• What does 'Login' mean?
  Login is your username, the alias that will be used during your presence on the site. It must be unique for each member and must have at least 6 characters.
• What password should I be using on Meendo?
  Meendo suggests you use a password consisting of a combination of upper/lower case letters and numbers. Password must have at least 6 different characters. Do not use passwords like "12345", "qwerty", etc. Such passwords are not secure and we do not recommend their use.
• I forgot my Meendo password.
  Please use our password recovery form.
• I am not receiving the password recovery email.
  1. First make sure you check the Spam Folder in your inbox.
  2. Find out if your ISP (Internet Service Provider) is not blocking this mail.
  3. If the problem still persists – please contact support.
• I'd like to change my password. What do I do?
  Go to Settings. In the "Old Password" field type in your current password. Then enter the new password in the field below. Confirm new password and click the "Change password" button.
• When I try to log in I see ‘You are banned!’ but I have not broken any rules, why is this?
  If you feel you were banned unjustly please use the feedback form.
• I’m unable to log into Meendo. I enter my username and password correctly but the error: ‘Wrong login or password!’ appears.
  Firstly, check to make sure caps lock isn’t enabled on your keyboard and enter your details very carefully. If you are still unable to log in, verify that you have cookies enabled in your browser.
  Failing that, use our password recovery form. If you are still unable to access your account use the feedback form to contact us.
• After clicking ‘Sign Up’, the error ‘Username and password must only contain letters and numbers’ appears.
  This means that your username and password contain special characters such as ‘_’ ‘-‘ and ‘!’.
• How do I log out of Meendo?
  Simply click ‘Log Out’ button that can be found on the top of every page.

User’s Profile:

• Do I have to fill in all of my profile fields?
  No, but filling your profile with information will save you time in the long run so people won’t be messaging you with the same questions. It’s also worth remembering that people search based on criteria. For instance, not listing your current city will put you at a major disadvantage and it’s very unlikely that anyone will actually find or message you to ask.
• How can I link people directly to my profile?
  A direct link to your profile is available at the bottom of your profile page and will take the format of:

• Can I change the URL of my profile?
  Currently, there is no way to change your profile URL.
• I would like to remove my profile from the site. How can I do that?
  Currently, there is no way to do that. But you can close access to your profile to everyone in your privacy settings.
• I selected female (male) sex by mistake when registering, how do I fix it?
  Sex cannot be changed in your profile. Create a new account with the correct sex.
• How do I edit my profile information?
  To edit your profile information, simply click the 'Edit' button on the right-hand side user menu or alternatively use the option displayed on your profile page.
• When I try to save changes to my profile, I get a database error. Why is this?
  Please ensure that every field has been filled in correctly and no special characters are being used. if the problem persists please report to our technical support.

Avatar:

• What is an avatar?
  The Avatar is your main picture. It is shown to all the visitors of your profile. The presence of images is always welcome and ensures a good position in other user's searches.
• Where are Avatars used?
  The Avatars are used wherever you leave your mark. If you comment on something or message a person your Avatar will be shown. It will also appear next to your uploaded photos and videos. A nice avatar is sure to attract more attention to your profile.
• How do I set up an avatar?
  If you have no photos uploaded - the first picture you upload will automatically become your avatar.
• How do I change my Avatar?
  Go to the "Photos" section. Once there select the image you want to use as your Avatar and click on the "to avatar" link in the overlay.
• Why am I not shown on the index page in the block of last active user?
  On this block are shown only those users who have Avatar.
• I have avatar but still not shown on index page and in search results. Why?
  This happens to those users who have inappropriate avatar images like dick close ups for example.

Messaging:

• Why can't I just email people messages?
  Meendo believes that the messenger we provide is easy to use and very secure. Some people would much prefer an email correspondence system, although this can lead to spam and an often undesirable release of personal information. Meendo’s messaging system also saves all of your chats externally, meaning it’s less likely to be found by people who may share your computer.
• How do I send a message to other users?
  Sending a message to someone on Meendo is very simple; navigate to their profile, find the 'Send Message' link, type what you want to say and hit 'Send'!
• I think someone is sending messages from my account.
  In situations like this, we suggest you immediately change your password to avoid possible future security breaches. Be sure that if you use Meendo on a public computer, you press 'Log Out' after every session.
• How can I send a photograph or video in a message?
  We currently don’t have a system in place that allows members to send personal images or videos due to potential side effects and issues that may occur. You may wish to link them to an image or video stored in your open photo/video albums or you can create a private album and grant that user exclusive access.
• Is there a way to check if my message has been read?
  After navigating to your 'Outbox', you’ll see images come in three colors. If your message has been read, it will appear in white.
• Is there a way to check if my message has been deleted?
  After navigating to your 'Outbox', you'll see images come in three colors. If your message has been deleted, it will appear in gray.
• Can I stop a certain individual from sending me messages?
  Meendo does allow members to limit or Blacklist individuals they do not wish to have further content with. To do this, navigate to Privacy settings and under 'Who can send me a message' chose appropriate setting or simply add user to a Blacklist.
• Can I delete messages in bulk?
  To remove messages in bulk, simply use the check box to indicate which ones you wish to have deleted.

Friends and Guests:

• How do I find friends?
  Use our adult dating search to do that.
• How do I add friends?
  To add a user to friends, go to their profile and click on 'Add to Friends'. This can be found on the left-hand side of the page.
• Who can see my friends list?
  The list is visible to everyone by default, but this can be changed in your account privacy settings section which can be found here.
• Why do people appear in 'My Guests'?
  Guests are registered users that visit your profile. We believe that Meendo allows an easier way to find friends if it displays people checking you out!
• Can I remove the 'My Guests' function?
  At this time, Meendo does not plan to allow members to disable this feature.
• How can I visit other profiles and rank content staying unknown?
  Use our 'Invisibility Mode' feature. You can turn invisibility on and off whenever you want. Whatever you do in invisibility mode stays that way, regardless of later toggles!
• How do I send abuse to a user that violates the rules?
  Go to user profile and click the "Report Abuse" button on the left. In the window that appears, specify the cause of abuse and click "Send".

Account settings:

• Why do I need to confirm my email address?
  Meendo rates user security above anything else, so we request that you confirm your email address as quickly as possible (this will allow you to receive important messages from Meendo).
• What is a Blacklist?
  A Blacklist is an area in which someone can block someone from having contact with them. Every member has one and we encourage you to use it whenever necessary.
• Can I change already confirmed email address to another one?
  Yes. Please contact support with your request and you will receive a list of instructions in order to do this.
• I cannot add someone to my Black List. Why is this?
  Please ensure you have spelled their username correctly. If problems persist, contact support and explain the issue as thoroughly as you can.

Uploads and Content:

• How do I upload photos or videos?
  Simply go to the 'Upload' section linked from the Meendo member’s navigation menu. You can also quickly upload media to specific albums by clicking the 'Upload' link inside the relevant album.
• I don't see an 'Upload' button when I attempt to put my videos and photos on Meendo, why is this?
  Our primary upload system requires members to have a recent version of Flash installed. If you are unable to use Flash, you can use our basic upload system.
• I always receive errors while uploading files via Opera.
  Simply disable the Opera Turbo mode. Find the switch in the lower left corner of the browser window with a green highlight.
• What are tags and why do I need to use them?
  Tags help to classify your pictures and videos for other members to view them. After uploading an album, image or video, simply input associated words (e.g. party, bikini, webcam, 6pack, etc.). If you correctly tag your media, you’re more likely to receive ratings and comments, thereby increasing your popularity and potentially leading to more partners.
• Can I release an image or video without a title?
  No, Meendo requires every uploaded file to have a relevant title. Avoid using titles such as '1' or 'a', chances are your uploads will never be found if you do not title and tag your content appropriately.
• What is the bulk editing and how do I use it?
  Bulk editing allows you to connect a large group of files and change their details together. If you have a set of images or videos that you wish to share the same title and tags, bulk editing allows you to do this with minimal effort, vastly increasing the speed and ease of uploading your media.
  
  To use bulk edit, flag all of the relevant files using the checkbox and click the link titled "Bulk edit". Simply fill in all of the information that applies to the content you have selected and hit apply, done!
• I've uploaded a video but it hasn't appeared on the site yet, why is this?
  Meendo needs to convert all uploaded videos for display. The process usually takes around 10 minutes and your videos will automatically be placed in their albums and on your profile when it's finished.
• Can I change the details of my uploads after uploading?
  Absolutely. Once your content has been uploaded to our servers, you can edit it at any time and it will not be deleted unless you specify for it to be.
• How can I edit videos and photos that I have already uploaded?
  Simply go to 'My Photos' or 'My Videos', click on the file and you will be directed to an edit page where you can make all of the changes you wish to.
• How do I rearrange my photos or videos?
  Go to the 'My Photos' or 'My Videos' section. In the upper right corner of each album you will find a button called 'Change Order'. Clicking this link will take you to a page where you can change the order of your files. Simply drag the thumbnail of your video or photo to the desired location and save once you’ve finished.
• How do I change my default photo or video album that shows on my profile page?
  Go to the 'My Photos' or 'My Videos' section. Roll your mouse over the album you wish to be default and select 'Set default'.
• How do I move images and photos to different albums?
  Go to the photo album or video album with the content you wish to move. Below the images, you will see a 'Move to' option – simply select the album where you wish to move them to.
• Someone rated my photo or video, how can I find out who it was?
  Meendo has a VIP option that will display members alongside votes they have made on your uploads.
• Can I remove votes?
  No, there is no way to remove votes.
• How can I configure who can view my photos or videos?
  In the settings of each album (you can find the settings if you roll your mouse over any of your albums in 'My Photos' and 'My Videos') there is an option to 'set access'. Here, you select the user groups that will be able to view your files. The settings for each album must be specified separately. By default, all albums are available to all users.
• Can I download videos that I liked to my computer?
  Sure! "Download" button located just below the player. Downloading video is available only for VIP users.
• How do I view photos in slideshow mode?
  To view photos in a slideshow mode just click on the "Slideshow" button under the photo.
• How do I view a photo in original size?
  Click on the magnifying glass image in the top right corner of the photo and view photos in full size.

Wallet, Credits, Paid Services:

• Are there services I can pay for on Meendo?
  Yes. We also believe that paying members are able to get the most out of the site. We have a very simple credit point system that allows you to pick and choose what optional extras you would like. Become the King of Meendo, become the VIP member, Raise Up your profile and send gifts to other members with the click of a button!
• What are 'credits'?
  Credits are virtual currency that Meendo uses to give members access to certain VIP features. Credits cost around $1 per 100 credits although the exact price depends on the payment method you use. Meendo also gives a discount to users that purchase bulk credits at any one time.
• How do I buy credits?
  Currently, Meendo allows members to use SMS, credit cards and online electronic payment services to add credits to their account.
• Where can I view my transaction history?
  Your profile contains a transaction history section that allows you to view all past payments made to Meendo for services.
• What is VIP status? What will I get with it?
  By purchasing the VIP you receive a 7 days package of premium services. There are a number of advantages to being a VIP including the ability to become invisible, download videos and photos, view content at higher qualities and as an extra advantage you will be marked on searches, thereby increasing your visibility and potentially leading to more interaction with other Meendo members. • What does the 'Raise Profile' service do?
  As new members join Meendo, profiles that are older are more likely to slip in search rankings due to the nature of our algorithms. By using the 'Raise Profile' service, your name is placed at the top of search rankings so searching members are more likely to see and interact with you.
• Who are the 'Kings of Meendo'? How do I become one?
  Meendo allows members to become the 'Kings of Meendo' for a set period of time. If you use this service, your profile picture and a link to your profile will be placed on every single page. Only one King can be on the throne at the same time.

User search:

• How do I search for users?
  If you like to find other members, use our sex dating search. Enter the desired criteria and click the 'Search' button.
• What is 'Advanced search' service?
  Advanced Search allows you to search for people with a large number of additional criteria specified. These criteria can include zodiac sign, first language, breast size, weight, height, sexual preferences and much, much more. Advanced search is available for our VIP members.

Tips:

• I am unable to see any images on Meendo.
  Check your browser settings and ensure you do not have images blocked.
• My account has been visited by only a few visitors. How do I increase my popularity?

• I received a personal message and I believe it to be spam, what should I do?
  Please submit the message to us by using the 'abuse' option available on every message. Meendo will review the message and where applicable, ban those breaching our terms of service.
• I want my pictures and videos to have a higher rating, how can I do this?
  Increase your popularity! By rating the content of others, adding comments to their uploads and generally being an active member of the community, you're more likely to be noticed and to have your own material noticed.

Other:

• Does Meendo provide a video chat service?

• I have a rating – what does this mean?
  Rating is a function that measures your position among the all members of Meendo with respect to your activity and community drive. It depends on many factors, but the most important are:
  - Having an avatar
  - Confirming your email
  - Completing your profile
